Daigoji is a spot that has been popular since ancient times as a tourist site of autumnal leaves, a beautiful combination between bridge, a pond, and autumn leaves. Daigoji is the biggest temple in Kyoto city! The main temple grounds are located at the base of the mountain and are connected via a hiking trail to several more temple buildings around the summit. Highlights such as Kanno, five-storied pagoda, Yakushido are on the premises. It is also recommended to take a walk along with the autumn leaves.
